Step-Free Routes and Elevator Access
For guests using a wheelchair or with mobility needs, the best access route into the main conference venue is via the main car park of the hotel, which provides step-free entry to both the main hotel and the Dorchester Annexe: the space where registration, plenaries, coffee, lunch, and some of the panels, take place.

For step-free access to rooms on the lower level (Blandford, Blandford 2, Blandford 3, and Sandbanks).
- Enter through main reception of the hotel and take the lift to the 1st floor. Note: delegates can use the staff lift. Please ask at reception for access.
- Turn left and continue all the way down the corridor.
- You will find a second lift that goes down to the basement level, where these rooms are located.
Options for parking
On-site parking is limited and offered by the Marriott to guests at £15 per day. There are also Limited Blue Badge Holder car spaces available. For either of these options, please call the hotel to check availability: (+44) 01202557702.

- West Hill Car Park
- At St. Michael's Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Poole Rd, then turn Right onto West Hill Road
- The carpark is the 2nd Left
- This car park is a mostly level, roughly 9-minute (0.4 mi) walk from the Marriott
- Winter Gardens Car Park
- At St. Michael's Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Poole Rd
- Continue onto Commercial Road and Exeter Road
- Winter Gardens Car Park is the next Right after Cranborne Road
- This car park is at the base of a fairly steep hill; following the pavement around Exeter Rd to Priory Rd takes about 10 minutes (0.4 mi), or there is a staircase at the back of the car park that offers a shortcut to Tregonwell Road, which takes about 6 minutes (.25 mi)
