Accessibility Guide – Step-Free Routes and Elevator Access
For guests using a wheelchair or with mobility needs, the best access route into the main conference venue is via the main car park of the hotel, which provides step-free entry to both the main hotel and the Dorchester Annexe: the space where registration, plenaries, coffee, lunch, and some of the panels, take place.

To access rooms on the lower level (Blandford, Blandford 2, Blandford 3, and Sandbanks):

There is one room on the ground level of the main hotel (near, and accessible via, reception):
- Bryanston
To access rooms on the lower level (Blandford, Blandford 2, Blandford 3, and Sandbanks):
- Enter through main reception of the hotel and take the lift to the 1st floor.
- Turn left and continue all the way down the corridor.
- You will find a second lift that goes down to the basement level, where these rooms are located.
